white with 1 is a blog which sets monthly scrapbooking challenges. the 2 main rules are:
- black can be used in small amount
- white must be on your layout and must be visible
february’s challenge is white + pink + hearts.
i used, amongst other things, chalk, paint, sequins, chipboard, alphabet stickers, a black zig marker and a cross stitched bird.
the cross stitch pattern is a semco innovation cross stitch mini pattern called ‘blue bird’ – i made the bird pink :)
i used the crafters workshop 6×6 mini daisy cluster template.
i chalked over the template, outlined the daisies with the zig marker, painted the daisies white and sequined the centres.
