one of the easiest recipes. ever. and they are evil. you won’t be able to stop at one.

* recipe is courtesy of best recipes *

ingredients
1 x 200g packet of tim tam chocolate biscuits
3/4 x 395g condensed milk
coconut or grated chocolate

method
1) crush tim tams in a blender.
2) fold in condensed milk.
3) roll mixture into balls, then roll into coconut or grated chocolate.
4) refrigerate until firm.

preparation time – 15 minutes.

note: you can use cream cheese instead of condensed milk. you can add rum.  (there are a few variations of this recipes out there.)

i used 3 packets of tim tams – original, dark chocolate and white chocolate.

tim tam is a brand of chocolate biscuit manufactured by arnott’s in australia. a tim tam is composed of two layers of chocolate malted biscuit, separated by a light chocolate cream filling, and coated in a thin layer of textured chocolate.

  1. Hi
If using cream cheese instead of condensed milk, how much would I need to use?

    Thanks

  2. Hi Leanne,
If you’re going to use cream cheese, I’d suggest 125grams of cream cheese per packet of Tim Tams. (The original recipe Tim Tam balls recipe was 2 packets of Tim Tams with 250g of cream cheese). Happy baking! :)
